 Crafting Ideas That Inspire and Connect

**Fees & Payment** Project fees exclude delivery and materials. Framing is outsourced for quality. may change without notice. Large projects have set fees; contract work is based on duration. Additional fees include rush and royalties. Consultation is250/hour, with travel costs reimbursed.

 

All fees are due upon invoice receipt. Project Process** A 50% payment is required to start. Three mood sketches are provided for free. A two-week period allows for changes or cancellations ($250 fee if canceled). Remaining % is due before delivery, with communication via scheduled appointments. **Pickup &** Pickup and delivery are arranged with charges included in the final price. Digital projects can be emailed. No unscheduled visits are allowed.

 

**Online Store & Merchandise All items are sold online; no in-person sales or inventory at the location. **Work-for-Hire & Copyright**Services are not available to minors. Copyright belongs to Hey Girl Production unless agreed otherwise. Transfers require a signed written agreement. **Liability & Disclaimer** No responsibility for errors damages. Content may be modified without notice. No warranty against harmful components.

 

**Fictitious Content Disclaimer** All names and incidents are fictional; any resemblance is coincidental. **Contract Cancellation & Refunds** Full refund if canceled within 72 hours; $250 for cancellations after two weeks. **Privacy & Confidentiality** Privacy Policy updates are via email. No client information is disclosed, and clients should review the policy regularly for changes.
