Project fees

**Fees & Payment** - Project fees exclude delivery materials. Framing is outsourced for quality and pricing. Rates may change without notice. Large projects have fixed fees; paint is. Contract work has flat fees based on duration or specifications. Additional fees include orders and consultation at $250/hour, with travel costs billed separately. All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice.

 

**Project Process** - A 50% deposit is required to start. Three mood sketches are provided for free, with a two-week window for changes or cancellations (a $250 fee). Shipping costs are extra, and the remaining balance is due before delivery. Projects are collaborative and occur in five phases, communicated via scheduled calls or emails.

 

**Pickup Delivery** - Pickup, delivery, or shipping costs are included in the final price and may vary. Digital projects can be emailed. No unscheduled visits are allowed; arrangements must be confirmed.

 

**Online Store & Merchandise** - Items only sold online, with no in-person sales or inventory at the business location

. ** Work-for-Hire & Copyright** - Services are not for individuals under 21; unverifiable claims be reported. Copyright belongs to Hey Girl Production unless agreed otherwise in writing. Liability & Disclaimer** - We are not liable for any damages caused by unforeseen events. Content may be modified without notice, and no service warranty exists against harmful components.

 

**Fictitious Disclaimer** Names and incidents in artwork are fictional; any resemblance is coincidental.

 

** Cancellation & Refund** - Full refunds are available if canceled 72 hours before. A $250 fee applies if canceled after two weeks.

 

**Privacy & Confidentiality** - Privacy Policy updates will be communicated, and no client information will be disclosed. Clients should regularly review the policy for changes.
